All Items are made to order. Processing time is usually 1-3 business days but can take up to 2 weeks depending on the item(s) being created. Current turn around time may be longer than usual Due to Covid-19 as supplies are taking longer to arrive as well.

 Orders are shipped via USPS first class and due to Covid-19 there may be delays or suspended mail service where you are. Please visit the USPS.com website for more information on service in your area before you order. Murcuryfirefly is not responsible for packages once they are shipped but please let us know if there is an issue so we can work together with USPS to get it resolved.
